Therapy sessions last 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the method and approach use. EMDR sessions are longer than “talk therapy” sessions because I want to make sure my client is calm and not being triggered before ending the session.
Family sessions are longer than individual simply because I want to ensure every member of the family has the space to engage in the session.

Cancellations can be a tricky subject. I understand life happens and at times you might have to cancel.
When scheduling with me, please understand that I have reserved that time for you, and I have arranged other appointments around that time. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours in advance so I can offer that time slot to another client.
You do have the option to have your session held via video or phone if you are unable to make it to my office. If scheduled sessions are not cancelled no later than 4 hours in advance a cancellation fee in the amount of $75 will be applied to your bill.
